These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bkhomeservice.com (the "Site") and to communications with B&K Home Services, LLC ("B&K Home Services," "we," "us," or "our"), including our text messaging program. Our Services

B&K Home Services provides residential and commercial handyman, painting, drywall, repair, maintenance, and tenant turnover services in Northwest Arkansas. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions, photos, and examples do not guarantee availability, pricing, or specific results.

Estimates, Quotes, and Work Agreements

Any estimate or quote is based on the information available at the time and is valid only for the period stated on it. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if hidden conditions (such as damage, moisture, or code issues) are found once work begins. All work is governed by the written estimate, proposal, invoice, or agreement for that specific job. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the job-specific documents control.

Text Messaging Terms

  • Program description: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from B&K Home Services about your inquiries, estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and invoices, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional offers.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
